If you are not satisfied with your shopping experience or with a product you have received, please contact us at CustomerService@SuppliMind.com to communicate your concerns and we will do absolutely everything possible to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

Shipping Issues
In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, shipments can be take longer than expected.  If you have concerns about an order which is taking longer than the stated shipping time to arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If an item you have received from us is damaged or you are dissatisfied with its quality, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Ensuring Your Satisfaction
Depending on the item and situation, proposed solutions may include one or more of the following:
- Return of the item to us
- Replacement of the item with an identical item
- Replacement of the item with a similar item
- A refund in the form of store credit of at least 100% of the purchase price of the item
- A refund in the form of a 100% charge reversal to the original payment method used for your purchase
- An refund in the form of store credit in addition to a charge reversal
We will discuss the options with you before taking any action.

To clearly understand the issue you are experiencing, as part of the remediation process we may ask you to send photos and or video showing the problem.

We offer a 90 day 110% money back guarantee on the first bottle of any product you purchase from SuppliMind.

This means a full refund of your the original price you purchased the bottle for (including any shipping costs), plus additional store credit of 10% of the purchase price, which you may use to purchase any SuppliMind product.
Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The 90 calendar day period begins on the date you receive the product.

In the event that you wish to redeem your 110% guarantee, please contact us to initiate the process; there are no forms to fill out.  We will endeavor to process all refund requests within 48hrs.  There is no need to return the bottle.

As only the first bottle is covered under our 110% guarantee, if you purchased multiple bottles of one product and you wish to return more than one, you will need to contact us so that we can discuss the options available to you.

While it is always our aim to give you the best result possible, we reserve the right to refuse any and all refunds if we have good reason to believe that the refund request is fraudulent.
